At MoMA Design Store, we stand behind the quality of our curated collection and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home decor or design objects, you may return them within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Locate your order number and zip code to access our online return portal and print a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
